If I were to lay out upon this Earth my dream.
And they be more numerous than the sand on the shore.
If I try, of this outcome I am sure.
Shall you help me lay out this coast?
We'll make a mass worth that of a mighty boast.
If you were to only lend me your dreams and aspirations.
Our splendor would conquer that of all nations.

Tears of Gray.
I'll watch you closely
And cry you away.

Flesh of silk
Heart of gold.
The soul is young
But the body old.

Give my love

Use your key
To release the chain.

Weak in arms
Strong in fight.
Against the day
Defend the night.

I am young
I am old.
To your plantation
I am sold.

Feed the fire
Put it out.
Whisper I love you
Then scream it out.

White clash with black.
Swords drawn prepared to attack.
Certain death is guaranteed.
For the one who hesitates to proceed.
Neck and neck, knife to throat.
Bloody prayers is all it wrote.
Dripping soul down the blade.
Into the flesh the steel invade.
Titan’s battle and Gods shake.
Thunderous blows form Earthquake.
Slash and mesh.
Tear the flesh.
Battle on until you have no more.
Then release potential from behind the door.
White and black fight away.
Dying slowly into the gray.

She is as if the sky were gray
And it started to fall one day
In gentle ashes of white
Until all had fallen into the night
Thus the sky was black
Which she would never see behind her back
For her skin and smile light the way
For the path into today

If I were to die today.
Would I love my life?
With every bit of being in me.
There is nothing I would change.
I have lived short.

If you were to ask me,
"Have you lived your life in vain?
Would you change your life, for it is to inane?"
No would be my answer.

Don't try and hide.

It's a bright new world, and a brand new day.
Sometimes "I love you" is all you need to say.

Explore different styles and try a new life.
Plunge into darkness, light, or a knife.

Anything is possible and all is alright.
Write about the day, dusk, or night.

There is nothing I can say that would be wrong.
All can be interpreted in song.

It is not what you say.
It is how you say it.

(383.) The 5th Moon

The light broke and the gun consumed.
Up the arm into the mind.
We have lost all control.
It shines brightly in the night sky.
There is nothing that can stop it.
The blade tries but fails and falls short.
The needle pierces but the string is too frail.
Bullet cuts the thread and bends the blade.
6 shots and nothing less.
The preacher watches and laughs away.
No one is near but the smell overruns.
The blade screams in fear and runs in vain.
All is destroyed.
Not even the moon is safe from this hell.
Hellish flames ride on from the gun.
City is in ashes.
The gun is left to die.
Like that faithful day in Augusta.
No matter the weapon.
All shall fall short to the gun.

I speak unto to you,
man in the red coat.
is what they say, true?
that you would slice mine throat
without second thought
of the outcome of the actions.
or can better ways be sought?
maybe we cannot handle those reactions
if it is to be so
spare my love from your blade
I volunteer myself to go
into hell I must invade
if that is the way to save
my lovely flower
that is so brave
rain down on me with the hellish shower


(385.) Two Roads

There are two roads that sit before me.
One is welcoming and warm.
The other is too long for me to see.
Far too long to walk, don't you agree?

But if you look far down that road.
You will see another fork.
One is set in quite the mean mode.
The other is a gift to be bestowed.

We could persevere.
Take the long path.
Or shall we cut it easy and take the one so near?
I think I shall take the long frontier.

It shall be hard, this I know.
But I can tell it is worth it.
So down the road I shall go!
Into the wind the my soul will blow.

For the path may be long.
I am curious.
Is it down this path I belong?
What if I am wrong?

It doesn't matter.
Destiny allows, so it must be right.
Life isn't handed on a silver platter.
Break an egg into the batter.

Life is new.
The world is young.
To die with regret of what I never knew.
Is something I could never do.

Try it the hard way sometime.
It may pay off in the end.
Don't die a death that is sublime.
To the top you must climb!

The view from high is worth it all.
Worth the pain it took to get to the top.
So answer your call.
Don't think about the fall.

Reached his pocket out a sight to see

Flames went through me from below

A flash of light fills the sky
The quick kiss and short goodbye
Clouds blush from this kiss
Flash of light and a miss
Hits the ground
That rolling sound
You peer out amongst the dark
Looking for that familiar spark
But a figure is standing there
Go outside, do you dare?
Grimly walking through the rain
Shrieks of hell causing pain
Cover your ears to block the shriek
As your fear reaches its peek
Just before the pain erupts in sound
Your heart pumps faster and begins to pound
Light is faster than sound you see?
I'd already gone through your body and back to me
You hear the noise but it's too late
You got the hook and took the bait
I'm a beast of cloud and sky
Lightning kisses mean goodbye.

After the sun has died.
I come to you in darkest hour.
The Earth is barren with no power.
Rivers form, how much you cried.

I come to you with light in hand and love in heart.
But you cry out and run away.
Why do you close your eyes from the day?
If we are to go on, we must start.

You believe you have the light.
You have no more than faith.
A beast of pain and hate, a wraith.
For it doth not illuminate anything but fright.

My way is wrong you cry and say.
If you are to be so right,
How did I make it through the night
into today?

Blindfolded staring at where the sun once laid.
Remembering all the times you basked in it's glory,
And how you will never forget the story.
Of how you and it once played.

It is not there and never will be.
Come with me to the other side.
Don't run, don't hide.
Come with me and see!

I promise salvation of the grandest type.
No use of media or slander
Come and take a gander
It is more than worth the hype.

But no, you gouge out your eyes and hate my being
You blame it all on me and my crimes against him

I'm a blessing and a curse.
A sung song in free verse.
I'm stuck on top of this broken fence.
Leaning between past and present tense.
I'm a bastard and a saint
The sound of me makes mere mortals feint
But I still fall short to the light you shine
Before I die of pain or age I vow to make you mine
Self-inflicted wounds in attempt to release my heart
It hampered me from the start
I fought waves upon waves of my evil deed
Riding gallantly on my crimson steed
But no matter the way to heaven the road is so bloody
I fall into the ground beneath the waves of pain so muddy
Fighting things I cannot match with weapons I don't have
All because my motives are cut in two halve.
One side wants peace the other wants you
My reason for war, what should I do?
I'm on my knees and drowning in hate
Why does not the cloud above me dissipate?
Has even God chosen to shit on me today?
Or is this the price that I must pay?
To be in love with something I don't deserve
Being checked and graded on a curve
Still losing at my game called life
Rolled the dice and got a double strife
Could you ever be with me, I once screamed and cried
But no matter God, man, nor demon, I SHALL NOT BE DENIED!
My love will carry me on through the night
To finish this never-ending fight
Just so I can hold you in my arms, I will never be trough

We all smile and except the prize
We're on T.V. surely there are no lies

Marian cries softly and rocks to sleep
A words of the night are nary a peep

The arm is no longer but an outlet of pain
They take it away to never come back again

I remember my mother and her warm loving hold
As I sleep in this hell that is nothing but cold

Tears roll down my face and I feel alone
The line is dead and no is on the phone

No words can express the pain that I feel
No amount of drugs could ever make it real

The refrigerator wants me and calls out my name
But I know if I respond, I'll never be the same

Mother always said I had to do nothing but smile
Happiness is an emotion I haven't felt in a while

I'm sorry mother that I've let you down so much
I long for your comfort and your warm touch

We touched heaven and soared in the sky
But I saw an angel and he said goodbye

All of my dreams encompassed in this gem
Played out into nothing but a requiem

I have my addiction and that is all I need
But from this hell I shall never be freed

The elephants march in through the tide
People run and scream in fear

Hellish noises resound around the town
People try and fight
But they all fall down
This just isn't right

I scream for you to stop it
